This roster is SAMPLE data for trying the tool. Replace it with the real pilot list (add pilots one by one, or Import CSV) and the samples can be cleared with the button on the right.

Paste CSV with a header row. Columns (any order): name, seat, hoursTotal, hoursOnType, atp, home, rotStart, rotEnd, priority, checkAirman, notes
seat is PIC or SIC (a PIC-qualified pilot can also be assigned SIC). atp / priority / checkAirman accept yes, y, true or 1. home is an airport code (KOPF, TEB…). Dates are YYYY-MM-DD.

The roster ships with the site: CrewBench duty calendars and Jet Insight logbook hours — . Edits and pairings made here stay in this browser until sign-in and a shared database arrive.
